Our aim is to expose high school students                        from the inner city schools of Toronto to a                        new and more creative way of thinking about their possibilities in life. Our program consists of engaging workshops that have aspects of the following; Individual learning tasks Creative thinking tasks, discussions on how to innovate, what innovation is, Guest speakers from other black-owned businesses, and Teambuilding exercises.

 

Our students will learn from a mixture of other already successful entrepreneurs who have built a business that is sustainable and profitable in the GTA. Then we try to encourage that our students then begin to implement those ideas in their communities to help build an upon the existing local economy in their sometimes underserviced communities.
